Платформенный урбанизм: новая топология городского пространства
Аннотация. Платформенный урбанизм как пространственное измерение платформенного капитализма становится вызовом для экономики, социальной и политической жизни города. В статье анализируется, как реализация принципов и идей, заложенных в основе функционирования цифровых платформ, трансформирует городскую среду. Также демонстрируется, как специфика работы алгоритмов приводит к нарушению баланса сил коммерческих организаций и муниципалитетов, последние из которых допускают приватизацию городской инфраструктуры, попутно забирая у жителей «право на город». Производимый алгоритмами эффект приводит к развитию конъюнктурных городских географий. Платформы, делая акцент на своем физическом или виртуальном присутствии в зависимости от поставленной задачи, одновременно максимизируют собственную капитализацию и минимизируют свою правовую ответственность. Алгоритмический сбор данных становится новым инструментом картографирования городского пространства, а значит, создания новой геометрии власти. Негативными следствиями внедрения новых способов сбора данных становится усугубление социального неравенства и дестабилизация городской экономики. Логично вытекающей гражданской инициативой является постановка вопроса об усилении правового регулирования деятельности платформ. На практике это приводит к требованию прозрачности как работы алгоритмов, так и компаний. В статье приводится критика эпистемологической и практической целесообразности именно такого требования. Изложенный в данной статье анализ проблемы призван обозначить стратегии альтернативных решений, способных стабилизировать баланс городских сил.
